About me

Peter is a photographer based in Houston. He worked as a newspaper photojournalist in China for five years. Vocational training makes him good at observing people, capturing key moments, expressing the inner world of characters.

He believes: "There are no rules for good photographs, there are only good photographs." He likes to explore all kind of subjects and styles in photography. In the photography, he put the Chinese and Western culture together, forming his own artistic style. He is good at wedding photography, portrait photography, and architectural photography.

Inspired by Europe's culture and landscapes, he has traveled throughout Europe and taken a large number of impressive photos. In 1996, he held a photography exhibition titled "Images of Europe" in the Fine Art Gallery of Beijing. In 1998, he had another photography exhibition titled "Impression of China" in the National Museum of Denmark. He holds a number of awards from both Chinese and international photo competitions.
